If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Return Conditions:

The item must be clean, undamaged, in its original packaging, and include all accessories and manuals.

Accessories are non-refundable.

Return Shipping:

If returning due to a quality issue or wrong item, we'll cover the cost of shipping.

 

12-Month Warranty Coverage

All Ecoself products are backed by a 12-month warranty for quality-related issues.
Extended warranty is available after registration — please refer to the user manual for the extension period.
If something goes wrong, we'll take care of it with a free replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

 

Order Cancellation

We usually ship orders within 24 hours. If you'd like to cancel, please email us at support@myecoself.com as soon as possible for a full refund.

If the order has already shipped, you can return the item after receiving it.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

How to Return Your Item For A Refund

1.Contact Us

Email support@myecoself.com within 30 days of delivery. We'll guide you through the return process and provide the return address.
Note: Please do not return the item without contacting us first — unauthorized returns will be discarded and not refunded.

2.Pack the Item
Use the original packaging, and include all parts, manuals, and accessories.

3. Ship & Share Tracking Info
Please return your item within 7 days of receiving the return address.
Be sure to keep the receipt and send us the tracking number as soon as it's shipped.

4.Get Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the result.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 2–5 business days.

Please note:

It may take 7–12 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your provider.
If you haven't seen the refund, please check your account again, then contact your bank or credit card company for more details.

Important Notes

Damaged during return shipping: Refunds cannot be issued for items damaged in transit.

Wrong address or contact info: If undeliverable, refunds may not be possible. If the package returns to us, we'll deduct shipping and refund the balance.

High-risk transactions: If flagged as high-risk, we may cancel your order and issue a full refund.

Official purchases only: Returns are accepted only for purchases made on www.myecoself.com.
Parts & accessories are final sale and non-returnable.
